• Security - Our buildings are equipped with a state of the art security system that ensures your employees' safety.  The buildings are secured and reopened by an automatic locking system.  While doors are locked, access can only be gained by a key card.  Access hours can be modified to suit your specific needs.
• Exercise Facility - For your health conscious employees, Linden Oaks offers a fully equipped exercise facility complete with stair masters, treadmills, bicycles, weights, a rowing machine, full locker room and showers.  An exclusive ten acre parcel within the park has been reserved for recreational use as a baseball diamond, which is the home of the Linden Oaks Co-ed Softball League.
• Deli - Monty's is conveniently located in Linden Oaks Office Park.  The restaurant prepares a variety of breakfast and lunch specials and will deliver to any location in the park.  Tenants also have the choice, for a change of scenery, to have lunch in the restaurant.  Monty's will also set up and deliver for breakfast and luncheon meetings within your facility.

• Hotel - Accommodations are available at the Marriott Courtyard.  This facility, complete with restaurant and conference rooms, is a one minute drive from the office park on route 441.
